What are the dates and time of the WOF GATHER?
Friday, July 11: Registration check-in will begin at 6pm on Friday, July 11, the event will kick off around 7pm.

Saturday, July 12: Registration check-in will begin at 8:30am; the event will kick off around 10am.
All events will be hosted at Evergreen Church located at 4100 Highway 32, Bristol, GA 31518
What is the attire for GATHER?
There is no specific dress code or colors; we encourage attendees to dress comfortably for both days.
How much is the registration? Why is there a registration cost to attend?
Registration is $50 per person. Our goal is to deliver an excellent experience to this region that will connect, empower and encourage all women in their faith journey. There are operating costs and expenses that the registration fee will cover.
What is the last date to register?
Online registration will end July 9, 2025. We ask that our Impact Partners turn in any funds collected and the registration list by no later than July 1, 2025

Cash can be collected by the designated Impact Partners and turned in to Emily Anderson by July 1, 2025.

If the maximum occupancy of 500 has not been met with attendees who have pre-registered, then registration may also be available on the day of the conference via CASH or CASH APP ONLY.
Will I need a badge or ticket to enter?
There will be a check-in table on both days with a list of registered and pre-paid attendees. Please bring a printout of your e-ticket or receipt; this will expedite the registration process.
Can I make a donation to WOF Gather?
Yes. Donations may be made via Cash App $WOFGather or if you would like to contribution via check or cash, contact Emily Anderson at 912-281-3341.
Is the purchase of a ticket tax deductible?
No, it is not. WOF Gather is not affiliated with any non-profit 501c3 organization.
Will refunds be provided if someone is unable to attend?
No refunds will be issued. The registration fees are being used towards operating expenses to deliver an excellent and memorable event.
If I am unable to attend, can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. You may transfer your ticket. Please instruct the person to whom you transferred your ticket to provide the original ticket purchaser’s name at registration check-in. It is an even better idea to provide the person whom you are transferring the ticket with a physical receipt or copy of your ticket.

What can I expect at the Women of Faith GATHER event?
Join us for a powerful gathering of women from all walks of life. This event will inspire, empower and encourage you in your faith journey. Come and connect with like-minded women as we worship and dive into the Word of God and share our stories of triumph and grace.
Can I buy a ticket at the door/day of GATHER?
Yes, if seating is available. Availability will be shared within the Impact Partners group chat.
